Taxes & Duties

Prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or import duties. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated based on your country's import regulations. We recommend consulting with a customs broker in your country for accurate duty estimates.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of B2B wholesale transactions, our refund and return policy is as follows:

  • ◆Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable
  • ◆Standard products may be returned within 7 days of receipt (buyer pays shipping)
  • ◆Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • ◆Quality claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt
  • ◆Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun
